These pictures are from the Swat valley in the North Western Frontier Province of Pakistan. From what I can tell, it is controlled now by the Taliban, so I would imagine that traveling there would be über difficult for a blue-blooded westerner such as myself. Perhaps I am wrong about that. Anyhow, it looks superbly beautiful....
